Step 2: New electors must register themselves on the website with necessary login credentials. Step 3: Proceed by clicking on 'Assembly Constituency' option and choose ‘Form 6’ from options that will come under ‘Form 6-Register as a New Elector/Voter’ tab. Step 4: On getting redirected to the online application form, fill it out with relevant information such as name, date of birth, address, declaration and more. Attach supporting documents and submit the application form. Step 5: An application reference number will be generated on successful submission. Individuals can use the number to monitor their applications. Step 6: After the application form is processed, a Booth Level Officer (BLO) will later scrutinise all details provided in the form. Upon successful verification, individuals will receive a voter ID card at their residential address.

Process to Apply for Voter ID in Telangana Offline

Besides opting for an online application process, electors can opt for offline mode to apply for a Voter ID card. Step 1: Firstly, individuals have to visit the electoral office and get Form 6 (Forms for mentioning names in voter list). Step 2: Mention all necessary details to fill out the form and provide required documents as mentioned in it. Step 3: After sending the application number, one will receive a confirmation number which can be later used to track status of the application. Step 4: A Booth Level Officer (BLO) will examine all essential details provided in the application form. Step 5: If everything mentioned in the form is authentic, the Voter ID card will reach the mentioned address.
