METER AND SUBMETER PERMITS
Effective Sept. 1, 2024, new meter fees will go into effect and the City of Rockville will require that water meter or submeter work be applied for separately from other plumbing-related work to allow for a more streamlined process. Meter and submeter permit applications that include additional work will be returned and required to be submitted under a separate permit application. View the new meter fees and instructions on how to apply for meter and submeter permits . Please contact permits@rockvillemd.gov if you have any questions.
